All our products are handmade, so slight variations in color, embroidery, or stitching are natural and not considered defects. Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received through accepted methods such as bank Transaction. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We ship within 3-5 working days, but delivery times may vary by location, and we are not responsible for courier or customs delays. Once shipped, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. As our items are handcrafted, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items, reported within 3–7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days. Custom or made-to-measure orders require advance payment and cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts. All content, including designs, images, and text, is owned by Maheenoor and may not be used without permission. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
