5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items
  • Issues must be reported within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

8. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

  • Custom orders require advance payment
  • Once production begins:
    • Cancellation is not allowed
    • Refunds are not applicable
