  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified as a fault from our side
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
