- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered

5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified as a fault from our side
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Important Notes
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
